YX (vertical airflow) / YXS (horizontal airflow) smokehouse is equipped with functions for steaming, cooking, drying, reddening, smoking, baking, etc. It is suitable for the thermal process of Western-style sausages, mortadella, ham, prosciutto, bacon, pancetta, etc., as well as air drying and smoking of cheese, cured meat and poultry products.
YX Vertical Air is ideal for hanging products and a standard choice for meat products.
YXS Horizontal Air has alternating horizontal airflow through a reversing mechanism, making it suitable for products laid flat on trays or meshes during processing.
